Progetto "SuppOrto" - "Progetto sostenuto con i fondi Otto per Mille della Chiesa Valdese"
The "SuppOrto" project is funded by funds from the "Otto Per Mille della Chiesa Valdese".
It involves the participation of Gramigna ODV, Caat, Slow Food Benevento, Oltre I Confini APS and WWF Sannio.

The social gardens founded and managed by Gramigna on land owned by the ASL of Benevento, have existed since 2016-2017. They bring together about 40 families and associations in the city of Benevento and are an environmental and social garrison of the city.

The project presented to the Waldensian Church, using funds from the Otto per Mille, aims to achieve the following objectives:
carry out integration activities for young migrants, through agricultural workshops;
carry out educational workshops for students from schools in Benevento;
create a social space for integration for the gardeners and for the associations that are part of the project;
promote agricultural biodiversity, through the recovery of native varieties;
improve the water supply of the gardens;
provide gardeners with adequate equipment;
create the second "OrtoMetraggio" to tell the evolution of the project.

One of the fundamental aims of the project is to develop the theme of common goods as a driving force for aggregation and protection of the territory. The public lands used had been totally abandoned for decades, and were subject to illegal waste dumping and a source of degradation for the entire neighborhood in which they are located.
The reclamation of the same has been carried out since 2016, and a space used by the inhabitants of the surrounding area has been created.
There are our "Ortometragggi" to tell you about our social gardens
